I had a nice experience at Spiros Family Restaurant. The food was fresh, portions were pretty good, and everything came out tasting like it was made with care. The staff was friendly and checked in on us without being overbearing. I liked the relaxed family-style atmosphere too, it felt comfortable and not rushed. There was a good variety on the menu, so everyone in our group found something they liked. Nothing felt overly fancy, but thats honestly part of the appeal. Prices seemed reasonable for the amount of food we got. I’d definitely consider coming back when I’m in the area again.

Fantastic, warm and welcoming restaurant serving some of the best homemade comfort food that we’ve had in a long time. My husband and I had been visiting family in Durham and were driving back to our home outside of Atlanta when we were searching for a place to stop for an early lunch. Spiros came up on our search in Highpoint with good reviews. We were greeted nicely by a young lady and gentleman at the front who showed us to a table. Claudia immediately came to our table to welcome us and she served our table with extreme attentiveness and southern charm. We chose the buffet and from the nicely fried chicken to the Mac’n cheese to the fried shrimp, meatloaf, green beans, Greek potatoes and all the salad items…we were overly impressed with the freshness and quality of the food. And Claudia never skipped a beat serving our table, from her food recommendations to refilling our coffee and offering beverages in to-go cups for our road trip home Claudia was delightful. Last but not least the warm and freshly made peach cobbler was very good. We will be looking forward to stopping at Spiros again on our next visit to North Carolina. Thank you for a great experience.

Food was delicious and I dont everybody cornbread, I barely eat other people cooking. Chicken and fish was thumbs up. Collard greens, the fish was so tasty, when you go Ask Deana, one of the best waitress, I have encountered, she really treat you with kindness, she come and adk if yiu are ok do you need more to drink, she is a beautiful soul.

Great Southern comfort food spot in North Carolina. The restaurant was very clean, cozy, and welcoming. The buffet had plenty of options and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. The waitress was very attentive and friendly, which made the experience even better. I spent less than $25 for the buffet, which is a great value for the amount and quality of food. I definitely recommend this place if you’re passing through North Carolina and looking for good Southern-style food. I will come back again.

As always goooooood grub!..Excellent grub for my birthday December 11th! And tonight they had ribs! Most definitely grubbed out on a few plates..The staff is always nice an the main thing is my pet peeve and that's keeping my drink full without me having to flag em down! Tonight Amber was our waitress and we've had her a few times and she is always i repeat always on top of everything even down to removing dirty plates an basically on top of everything..Definitely an asset to the staff! I say my pet peeve is simple if my drink runs out an I have to ask for a refill your tip starts going down from there. I mean if I gotta pay 3 or 4 dollars for a soda it should stay full an that just my opinion or at least ask if I need more. Like I said though I can't remember even one time the food wasn't good an the staff accommodating for us an our crew. We usually have 6 or 8 of us but me an the Mrs' was alone for my birthday dinner an did I mention the RIBS WERE BANGING TONIGHT! ALL AROUND I GIVE IT AN A PLUS PLUS! Id give it 10 stars if it was available!
